This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the implementation of financial systems from the planning phase through to deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Finance, business stakeholders, Digital Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to establish scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, mitigation strategies, and essential delivery milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution among business, technology, vendor, and project teams.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and escalate risks, issues, and decisions as necessary.
• Evaluate current finance and business processes to pinpoint opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and improvements in control.
• Organize workshops to collect business requirements, align stakeholders, and document future-state process designs.
• Convert business requirements into scalable functional solution designs.
• Ensure solutions are in compliance with enterprise architecture standards, finance process goals, internal controls, and strategic priorities.
• Manage system integrations, data flows, and dependencies both upstream and downstream.
• Facilitate issue resolution, defect management, and decision-making throughout the implementation process.
• Oversee system integration, user acceptance, regression, and deployment validation testing.
• Coordinate participation from Finance and business during testing phases.
• Supervise cutover planning, deployment readiness assessments, go-live execution, and post-go-live support.
• Lead activities related to data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration.
• Establish controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and auditability.
• Spearhead organizational readiness and change management initiatives.
• Arrange training materials, job aids, communications, user support documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustained utilization of new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, finance controls, regulatory requirements, and implementation methodologies.
• Assist with audit, security, SOX, access, and internal control obligations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decision logs, design approvals, control evidence, and implementation artifacts.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 7 years of experience in leading enterprise system implementations, including ERP, financial systems, finance transformation, and/or related enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience managing implementation workstreams across planning, requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and/or adoption.
• Over 10 years of experience with implementation methodologies, SDLC practices, project governance, and/or structured delivery frameworks.
• Successfully managed at least 3 projects involving cross-functional initiatives with business teams, Digital Technology, vendors, and/or implementation partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in requirements gathering, process design, testing coordination, defect management, data validation, cutover, and/or deployment readiness.
• More than 10 years of knowledge and understanding of finance processes, financial controls, data flows, reconciliation, and/or system-enabled business operations.
• At least 7 years demonstrating strong stakeholder management abilities, including influencing, communicating with leadership, and fostering alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Group Reporting, SAP BTP, or equivalent enterprise finance platforms.
• Experience with large-scale ERP, finance transformation, global process standardization, or shared services initiatives.
• Knowledge of finance processes including record-to-report, consolidation, planning, close, reporting, master data, controls, or reconciliation.
• Experience with global deployments across diverse regions, business units, or operating companies.
• Experience managing external implementation partners, vendors, and system integrators within complex delivery programs.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or design thinking methodologies.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Scrum, CBAP, SAP, Lean Six Sigma, or related credentials.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
