Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as an SAP functional consultant specializing in RTR (Record to Report) processes, with an emphasis on the FI/CO modules.

• Engage in implementation projects and the enhancement of SAP S/4HANA solutions within global environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Evaluate existing processes to identify gaps, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, training, and presentations for business teams.

• Ensure that solutions are appropriately functionally designed, taking into account processes, integrations, and SAP standards.

• Configure and define solutions within the FI/CO processes.

• Offer functional support for interfaces among General Ledger (GL), Controlling (CO), and other financial processes.

• Collaborate with business professionals and other SAP consultants to design, implement, test, train users on, and deploy solutions.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for requirements, functional and technical specifications, and project documentation.

• Advise the business on SAP standards, limitations, and data requirements, assisting with data preparation and quality assurance.

• Ensure that solutions comply with SAP standards and adhere to the DSV SAP template.

• Analyze and define solutions related to FI interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules.

• Support initiatives concerning Brazilian localization as well as tax and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment between local demands and corporate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant.

• Familiarity with SAP ERP and involvement in implementation or transformation projects.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally 2+ years.

• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, particularly RTR.

• Background with General Ledger (GL) and Controlling (CO).

• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, testing, and documentation.

• Experience in global projects or environments.

• Capability to lead workshops and training sessions.

• Experience in analyzing integrations and interfaces related to financial processes.

• Skill in identifying gaps and impacts on business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Brazilian Localization.

• Understanding of Brazilian tax and legal requirements.

• Knowledge of Brazil’s Tax Reform.

• Experience with electronic invoicing (NF-e) and tax processes.

• Familiarity with tax determination.

• Experience with integrations among FI, MM, and SD.

• Background with FI interfaces.

• Knowledge of integration processes between SAP modules and tax systems.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Global Template/Rollout implementation projects.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
