SAP ABAP, CPI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain backend applications along with custom enhancements utilizing SAP ABAP.

• Architect and execute integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI.

• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for distributed, global engineering teams.

• Engage in comprehensive digital transformation projects for global enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in backend development utilizing SAP ABAP.

• Proven expertise in constructing and managing integrations with SAP CPI.

• Strong leadership background with a track record of successfully guiding and collaborating with global teams.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering practices.

• Proficient oral English skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Practical experience or foundational knowledge of SAP Fiori UX/UI (preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (preferred).
