SAP AMS Functional Service Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational liaison for SAP AMS Functional delivery matters, challenges, and inquiries.

• Serve as the main escalation point for tickets, ensuring delivery quality, governance, and managing operational risks.

• Enable the delivery team to produce high-quality outputs that comply with SAP AMS process standards.

• Ensure that target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are achieved and that contractual obligations are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• A functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, and PP.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP AMS service management.

• More than 5 years of verified experience as an SAP consultant in Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, SuccessFactors, and related fields.

• Proficient conversational skills in both English and Spanish are essential; proficiency will be assessed.

• Foreign candidates living in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.
