Senior SAP DMI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Resolve issues for SD Worx clients across both cloud and on-premise technology environments

• Evaluate implemented integration scenarios that link SAP and non-SAP systems

• Create and tailor client-specific functionalities and extensions

• Gather and assess client requirements for particular functionalities

• Engage in the maintenance of proprietary SD Worx products and solutions within the HCM sector

• Gain and enhance SAP integration knowledge through project participation and SAP online training

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience as an Application Developer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Specialist in SAP (business) informatics, or equivalent IT training

• Strong understanding of programming with ABAP/4 and ABAP/OO

• Familiarity with SAP technologies and programming languages, including SAPUI5 (Fiori), Java, and JavaScript

• Knowledge of SAP PO (previously XI / PI), Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration / Integration Suite

• Experience and/or certification in additional integration tools is a plus

• Understanding of HR business processes

• Knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial

• Proficiency in the English language at B2/C1 level

• Proficiency in the Polish language at a minimum of C1 level

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting
