Senior SAP Data and Reporting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and provide support for SAP data warehousing and analytics solutions utilizing SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP Datasphere.

• Construct and maintain data models, data flows, transformations, and reporting frameworks.

• Develop and enhance SAP HANA views, calculation views, and database objects for optimal performance.

• Create and improve CDS Views to meet reporting, analytics, and application demands.

• Design and facilitate data integration solutions linking SAP systems with non-SAP systems.

• Develop and sustain data extraction processes from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and various other source systems.

• Provide support for SAP Datasphere modeling, data replication, virtualization, and data governance projects.

• Monitor and enhance data load processes, system performance, and query execution efficiency.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data quality, reporting, and system performance.

• Collaborate with business users to collect requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Engage in testing, deployment, and production support tasks.

• Create and update technical documentation and materials for knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP HANA, HANA Studio, CDS Views, and SAP Datasphere.

• Strong comprehension of data modeling, extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and analytics solutions within the SAP framework.

• Capability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.

• Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA source systems.

• Understanding of SAP Datasphere modeling, data replication, virtualization, and data governance principles.
