Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within the Development Centre of Excellence (Dev CoE) to assist stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.

• Create ABAP solutions while adhering to Clean Core principles.

• Utilize BAPIs, CDS Views, BADIs, and BTP extensions effectively.

• Develop OData services and APIs.

• Ensure adherence to Brazilian tax and regulatory standards.

• Provide support for tax reforms and tax integrations.

• Carry out code reviews and optimize performance.

• Employ ATC and Code Inspector tools.

• Engage in release management, transports, and change management processes.

• Address critical incidents and conduct root cause analyses.

• Document specifications and test evidence thoroughly.

• Adhere to global security protocols and corporate controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in ABAP for S/4HANA, RAP, CDS Views, and AMDPs.

• Familiarity with OData v2/v4 for SAP Fiori.

• Understanding of Clean Core and released extensibility.

• Knowledge of Brazilian tax components such as NF-e, SPED, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and ISS.

• Experience with RFC, IDoc, Proxies, APIs, PI/PO, and Integration Suite.

• Advanced or fluent English language skills.

• Functional expertise in OTC, PTP, RTR, PLM, and MFG processes.

• 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Practical experience with RAP, CDS Views, and AMDPs.

• Experience in RICEFW and SAP integrations.

• Familiarity with Brazilian SAP tax localization.

• Experience collaborating with business functions and global teams.

• Preferred: experience with SAP BTP and API Management.

• Preferred: involvement in global SAP transformation projects.

• Preferred: experience in SAP Centers of Excellence.
