Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Salesforce solutions related to federal health programs and citizen services.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), automation, security, accessibility, and release testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

• More than 8 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience.

• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience working with Salesforce Flow.

• Knowledge of Apex-based functionality.

• Expertise in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.

• Understanding of Salesforce Security & Sharing.

• Experience with REST APIs and System Integrations.

• Skilled in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience in test planning, developing test cases, and executing tests.

• Proficient in defect management.

• Experience in data validation and data migration testing.

• Familiar with Agile / SAFe methodologies.

• Experience in UAT and release validation.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.

• Previous experience in Federal Healthcare / Government sectors.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• All work must be conducted within the United States.

• Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
