Senior Salesforce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives from the planning stage to delivery.

• Coordinate and oversee Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, architects, and external partners.

• Define and uphold the Salesforce roadmap in line with business priorities.

• Convert business stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Supervise Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform performance.

• Establish and maintain Salesforce governance, development standards, security practices, and best practices.

• Review technical solutions for compliance with Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.

• Manage delivery timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources.

• Ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce releases and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other technology teams.

• Support UAT, release management, and production deployment activities.

• Monitor platform performance, adoption, data quality, and overall Salesforce health.

• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.

• Manage relationships with Salesforce implementation partners and third-party vendors.

• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and key decisions.

• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience working with Salesforce.

• More than 3 years in a senior, lead, or managerial Salesforce role.

• Extensive experience managing Salesforce teams and/or Salesforce delivery functions.

• Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations, transformation projects, or significant platform enhancements.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and data models.

• Experience with Salesforce development concepts including Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integration technologies.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance.

• Experience managing Agile delivery teams and collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts.

• Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient in English communication skills.

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent.

• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certifications.

• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce integrations, MuleSoft, APIs, and middleware platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Preferred: Experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.

• Preferred: Experience working with offshore/remote Salesforce teams.
