This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and manage the Salesforce organization, focusing on user administration, security frameworks, data integrity, and reporting/dashboard functionalities.
β’ Create, develop, and enhance Flows and other declarative automation to improve internal processes and minimize manual tasks.
β’ Establish and promote Salesforce best practices related to data architecture, change management, and platform governance.
β’ Configure and refine CPQ/quoting workflows, including product/pricing rules, approval procedures, and quote templates.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to convert business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
β’ Assess and incorporate AppExchange tools and external integrations to broaden platform capabilities.
β’ Provide light custom development (Apex, LWC, or similar) where declarative tools do not meet requirements.
β’ Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and platform alterations to ensure long-term sustainability.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of practical Salesforce administration experience, covering user/security management, Flow Builder, and reporting/dashboard functionalities.
β’ Proven experience in constructing and sustaining declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) within a production environment.
β’ Direct experience in configuring a CPQ or quoting solution (Salesforce CPQ or a similar quoting/pricing tool) β this is essential.
β’ At least the Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, managing competing priorities among various internal stakeholders.
β’ Fundamental knowledge of Apex and/or Lightning Web Components for basic custom development.
β’ Experience within a GovCon, professional services, or IT/cybersecurity reseller context.
β’ Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with finance, contracts, or PSA/PPM solutions.
β’ Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer I certification is advantageous.
