Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and adhere to Salesforce best practices.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions.

• Create and update architecture documentation, which includes solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows.

• Offer technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing production support.

• Mentor developers and consultants, set development standards, and engage in design and code review processes.

• Design and manage integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Assist with estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution.

• Stay actively involved with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development as needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.

• At least 3 years serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, data modeling, and application design.

• Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery to go-live.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong client-facing and consulting background.

• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is a plus.

• Experience in consulting or professional services, with exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds, is beneficial.

• Proficiency in English.
