This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Direct the design and architecture of intricate, well-structured Salesforce solutions spanning multiple clouds.
β’ Ensure compliance with the principles of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, covering security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
β’ Create and sustain Salesforce technology roadmaps, architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
β’ Offer technical direction and mentorship to delivery teams.
β’ Confirm that solutions adhere to governance standards, security/compliance requirements, and Salesforce best practices.
β’ Partner with business leaders, application owners, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and assess options.
β’ Propose optimal Salesforce-based solutions.
β’ Assist in investment and prioritization decisions by elucidating technical implications, risks, costs, and long-term benefits.
β’ Advocate for the adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.
β’ Own the comprehensive technical vision for Salesforce implementations.
β’ Oversee architecture governance, solution design, integration strategy, data architecture, and release management.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is mandatory.
β’ Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is mandatory.
β’ Over 8 years of progressive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
β’ A minimum of 4β5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role on complex implementations.
β’ Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-level, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, middleware), data architecture, and security models.
β’ Experience in creating and governing technology roadmaps and architectural standards within a Salesforce environment.
β’ Strong foundation in Agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD for Salesforce, and change management.
β’ In-depth knowledge of data standards, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), master data management, role-based access, and encryption.
β’ Exceptional storytelling and visualization abilities using UML, process flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
β’ Proficiency in converting business requirements into technical roadmaps, evaluating risks/costs against benefits, and leading Architecture Review Boards.
β’ Experience in guiding teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering innovation through market trend research.
β’ Willingness and ability to work after hours, on weekends, during holidays, and be on call as necessary.
