This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the Salesforce organization, encompassing configuration, automation, security, data integrity, and performance management.
• Oversee Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and declarative tools.
• Convert cross-functional business requirements into scalable, well-documented Salesforce solutions.
• Manage the data model, object relationships, and automation architecture.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations analysts to guarantee that reports and dashboards are backed by accurate Salesforce data.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, objects, and tools.
• Promote data hygiene, manage duplicates, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Handle and prioritize Salesforce change requests while communicating timelines effectively.
• Review and authorize all configuration and metadata changes prior to production deployment.
• Guide external partners by establishing scope, priorities, solution reviews, and delivery validation.
• Utilize Sweep metadata mapping and impact analysis to inform changes effectively.
• Audit and optimize third-party and integration-user permissions.
• Administer Salesforce Sales Engagement for the BDR team, which includes managing cadences, work queues, permissions, and dialer integration.
• Lead quality assurance, test planning, regression testing, and user acceptance testing coordination.
• Manage sandbox strategy and deployments using change sets or SFDX.
• Act as the final quality checkpoint for production deployments.
• Maintain release notes, deployment change logs, architecture documentation, training materials, enablement resources, and runbooks.
• Monitor the health of the Salesforce organization, including governor limits and system performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Minimize technical debt by decommissioning unused fields, flows, objects, and automations.
• Manage the Salesforce side of integrations and support the HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization.
• Acquire a working knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes.
• Understand order-to-cash data flows and address handoff issues.
• Build and maintain n8n or similar automated workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities within revenue technology and support broader rev-tech tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering, building, and developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience as the primary or sole Salesforce owner in a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent experience managing an organization without an architect above you.
• Proficient in Apex, including writing, debugging, and maintaining classes, triggers, and test coverage.
• Advanced skills in declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Capability to build and maintain Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in integration design and troubleshooting using REST/SOAP APIs, native connectors, and middleware.
• Ownership of data model and architecture, including object design and relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce security model.
• Experience in release management, including sandbox strategy, change sets and/or SFDX, testing standards, and documentation.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is required.
• Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or Platform Administrator II certifications are strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, Gong, Orum, Gainsight, Ironclad, RAMP, Snowflake, Zendesk, Intercom, Mindmatrix, or NetSuite is a plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes is advantageous.
• Background in supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Experience in reducing technical debt or streamlining an overly customized Salesforce organization is a plus.
