Salesforce Architect Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Direct and provide guidance on the integrated business and IT architecture for Salesforce projects.

• Assist in architecture governance, standards, and review processes, including the Architecture Design Authority.

• Evaluate solution and technical designs to ensure they align with business requirements, platform best practices, and enterprise objectives.

• Offer insights on integration strategies, architecture enhancement, and potential technical improvements.

• Facilitate planning across releases, set priorities, and outline transformation roadmaps.

• Collaborate on the creation of playbooks covering requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Engage with executives, stakeholders, and partners to provide architectural insights and decision-making support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or complex Salesforce delivery frameworks.

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, architecture reviews, and design standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities in complex enterprise settings.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
