This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead and nurture the Salesforce team by establishing priorities, standards, and expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during incidents, complex delivery decisions, and stakeholder conflicts.
• Take ownership of the health and ongoing development of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Define and uphold platform standards for configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and technical debt.
• Engage in hands-on Salesforce administration, including Flow automation, permissions, validation rules, objects, layouts, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and oversee Experience Cloud portals and access controls.
• Maintain the Salesforce platform roadmap and manage seasonal releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandboxes, and environments.
• Assess and implement AppExchange packages.
• Supervise Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Establish standards for API monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks.
• Lead incident response and problem management initiatives.
• Manage Salesforce security posture, access architecture, audits, compliance, and least-privilege remediation.
• Optimize licenses, certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Oversee the delivery backlog, release management, GitHub workflows, testing, rollback planning, and release communications.
• Enhance platform support, documentation, knowledge articles, problem records, and trend analysis.
• Advocate for data quality, dashboards, and platform insights.
• Evaluate and carefully adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and enterprise AI tools.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments, with significant hands-on responsibility for administration, configuration, and operational support in a complex production setting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing people, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• In-depth Salesforce security expertise, encompassing organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management utilizing GitHub, including version-controlled deployment workflows, pull-request reviews, and release governance.
• Experience with API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, failure handling, and coordination across technical teams.
• Familiarity with managing SSL and authentication certificates and maintaining integration health.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, particularly in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
• Strong judgment in solution and design, with a solid understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
