Senior Salesforce Developer, AI, Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-notch, scalable AI-driven solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360.

• Construct, test, and improve Agentforce agents, workflows, and automation processes.

• Design and create scalable, secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, incorporating DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns.

• Utilize unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes effectively.

• Interact directly with clients to ascertain requirements and propose and deliver intricate Salesforce solutions.

• Develop solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript.

• Work alongside project teams to convert requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, Agentforce updates, and best practices within the platform.

• Obtain and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications in line with career development aspirations.

• Be prepared to travel up to 25% for client projects and company events.

• Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture within the Salesforce community.

• Utilize AI tools and development assistants to enhance build efficiency and speed.

• Take part in recruiter, peer, panel coding, and leadership interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce Apex language, coding patterns, and best practices.

• Solid foundation in software development principles, programming basics, and object-oriented programming (OOP).

• Proficient understanding of CI/CD processes and source control using Git.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs.

• Experience in building solutions on Salesforce Data 360.

• Experience in developing Agentforce agents, workflows, and automation solutions.

• Capable of quickly learning and acquiring new technical skills to address business challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: familiarity with Data 360 capabilities, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.

• Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script.

• Preferred: relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect.

• Preferred: previous consulting or professional services delivery experience.

• Preferred: experience across additional Salesforce Clouds.

• Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel.

• Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms.

• Preferred: experience in writing, testing, and deploying AWS Lambda functions.

• Preferred: proficiency in Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
