This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Lead and cultivate the Salesforce team while shaping the operational model of the team.
• Take ownership of the health and development of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Establish and uphold platform standards related to configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing, and technical debt.
• Engage in hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, permissions, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and oversee Experience Cloud portals along with external access controls.
• Manage Salesforce releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandbox strategies, and environment management.
• Assess and implement AppExchange packages.
• Supervise Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications.
• Set up API monitoring, alerting standards, runbooks, and escalation paths.
• Lead incident response and manage problem resolution.
• Handle Salesforce security, access controls, audits, and compliance activities, including SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Manage licenses, certificates, connected apps, and OAuth lifecycles.
• Take charge of the delivery backlog, release management, GitHub-based version-controlled deployments, and documentation.
• Advocate for Salesforce data quality and deliver platform insights through dashboards and reporting.
• Evaluate and adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and related enterprise AI tools safely.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data and Integration teams, and external partners.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team settings.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritization, and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• In-depth expertise in Salesforce security, covering organization-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps, and audit controls.
• Hands-on capability with Experience Cloud, including external sharing models, guest access, and community configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps and change management using GitHub.
• Familiarity with operating API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits, and failure handling.
• Experience in managing SSL and authentication certificates.
• Strong declarative delivery skills, especially in Flow, data modeling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting, and environment management.
• Solid experience in release and change management, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent solution and design judgment, with an understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modeling.
