Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex and Lightning frameworks.

• Implement Lightning Web Components as the primary development standard.

• Maintain and refactor legacy Aura and Visualforce components.

• Enhance and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

• Configure advanced Omni-Channel features, including presence management, agent capacity rules, and automated work routing architectures.

• Construct and uphold fault-tolerant, high-throughput integrations using Salesforce REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.

• Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, CTI, and digital messaging frameworks into Salesforce.

• Execute technical tasks independently within Agile/Scrum delivery sprints.

• Perform comprehensive unit testing.

• Engage in cross-functional technical alignment.

• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams during US Central Time business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce backend and frontend development within enterprise ecosystems.

• Proven expertise in Apex, including Triggers, Controllers, and Batch/Async Apex.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Extensive practical experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud features.

• Familiarity with Omni-Channel routing logic, capacity models, and presence configurations.

• Established experience in creating direct integrations with external platforms using Salesforce REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.

• Working knowledge of Aura components and Visualforce pages.

• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, sprint planning, and task execution tracking in tools such as JIRA.

• Minimum of 6 hours of overlap with US Central Time business hours during a standard 8-hour workday.

• Proficiency in English required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications.

• Experience with telephony, CTI, VoIP, or digital messaging integrations is a plus.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer I certifications are advantageous.

• Familiarity with asynchronous queue pipelines, rate-limiting algorithms, and bulkified triggers is a plus.
