Senior Salesforce Developer

📋 Description

• Create data models, system architectures, and integrations tailored to business requirements

• Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and declarative features

• Partner with administrators to maximize the effective use of standard Salesforce functionalities

• Design and execute Salesforce integrations with both internal and external systems

• Formulate strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing

• Establish and uphold governance policies for Salesforce development and deployment

• Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to grasp requirements and limitations

• Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams

• Guide administrators in Salesforce technologies

• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry developments

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies

• Experience in migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce design patterns, platform features, capabilities, and limitations

• Extensive technical expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of Salesforce data management and manipulation

• Strong grasp of Salesforce security models and best practices

• Advanced understanding of data modeling and database design principles

• Familiarity with API integration

• Capacity to design end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements

• Skill in converting business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Exceptional communication skills

• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks concurrently
