This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Maintain and support the integrated post-sales support and operations framework established on Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge repositories, and agent assistance tools.
• Implement technical improvements for AI-driven Case Summarization, bulk communication/email tools, Omnichannel routing and case orchestration, automated agent feedback synchronization, and enterprise data platform integrations.
• Participate in a Developer Fast-Response Engineer (DFR) role rotation.
• Manage real-time alerts, monitor health KPIs, address operational issues, track incidents, investigate routing and automation failures, and document findings.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce integrations with external platforms, downstream databases, and enterprise data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
• Engage in weekly Operations Reviews, continuous system monitoring, and documentation updates using tools such as Confluence.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Direct experience in configuring and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel work-routing architectures.
• Demonstrated success in operational support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce API integrations with external systems.
• Proficiency in monitoring system health, managing operational incidents, and ensuring platform reliability.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or System Architect certification(s).
• Specific experience in constructing data integration pipelines between Salesforce (SFDC) and Snowflake.
• Experience with intricate Omnichannel routing, case management automation patterns, and work orchestration frameworks.
• Prior involvement in a Developer Fast Response (DFR) or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role focusing on high-priority incident triage.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted features or autonomous AI agent integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Awareness of enterprise observability and monitoring dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with teams aligned to Eastern Time (ET), with availability during North American business hours.
• Proficiency in English for interviews, documentation, and daily communication.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Full-time direct vendor contract with Inallmedia.com.
• Time zone flexibility with ±2 hours Eastern Time alignment.
• Collaboration with distributed teams across LATAM.
• Exposure to international clients and enterprise-scale technology projects.
