Senior Salesforce Developer – Agentforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, encompassing custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.

• Transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Create and maintain custom Salesforce applications adhering to platform best practices.

• Diagnose technical issues, conduct unit tests, and oversee deployments across different environments.

• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Advanced skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation.

• Knowledge of AI agents, their actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.

• Experience in developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.

• Working familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote, international setting.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder.

• Experience in creating AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with middleware platforms like Informatica or SAP.

• Experience with event-driven integration patterns, such as Platform Events and CDC.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, including Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Salesforce certifications.

• Prior experience working with distributed international teams.
