Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures that meet business requirements.

• Lead the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Supervise and mentor developers and consultants implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure system scalability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce innovations and evaluate their potential for integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect or in a comparable role.

• In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Strong background in system integrations and middleware solutions.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are essential.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership skills and experience in guiding technical teams.

• Process-oriented approach focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Availability for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time.

• Comfortable leading workshops with clients in English.

• Currently residing in Poland.
