Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and implement Agentforce agents utilizing Agent Builder, establishing topics, instructions, and actions based on documented business processes.

• Create and enhance agent instructions and prompts with Prompt Builder.

• Base agent responses on Data Cloud and core Salesforce data.

• Set up agent actions through Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to pinpoint autonomous and assistive agent use cases.

• Convert stakeholder requirements into topics, actions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Assess and test agent performance using the Agentforce Testing Center.

• Define guardrails, escalation protocols, and human-in-the-loop controls prior to production deployment.

• Ensure that agent and platform solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with federal governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Configure and tailor Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud using declarative tools and best-practice architectural patterns.

• Act as a strategic consultant on Agentforce capabilities, Salesforce platform architecture, and optimization opportunities.

• Create scalable data and security models that align with federal requirements.

• Provide technical and functional guidance to cross-functional project teams.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs through prototypes and iterative feedback cycles.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

• 1–2 years of practical experience with Agentforce, including agent development with Agent Builder, authoring instructions/prompts with Prompt Builder, and configuring agent actions.

• 4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; at least 7 years of overall professional experience.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• One or more Consultant-level certifications (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) are necessary.

• Strong business analysis skills, including client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Advanced skills in Salesforce automation, particularly Flow.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

• Experience with Agile software development practices.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
