Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions utilizing the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Administer and provide support for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including intricate business processes and configurations.

• Lead or assist in the implementation and enhancement of CPQ and RCA solutions.

• Oversee Salesforce data processes, which encompass data loads, mapping, validation, and migration activities.

• Collaborate with system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools to facilitate comprehensive business solutions.

• Assess, implement, and maintain third-party AppExchange solutions.

• Facilitate the adoption of Salesforce mobile capabilities among users.

• Engage in complex, multi-stream projects involving global and cross-functional teams.

• Assist in M&A-related Salesforce integrations and initiatives for platform consolidation.

• Investigate and support AI-driven and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Present technical solutions to stakeholders and articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.

• Guide cross-functional teams through influence and matrix leadership.

• Convert business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience with Salesforce.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification – mandatory.

• Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – mandatory.

• Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Sales Cloud.

• Significant experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.

• Practical experience in data management, including data loads, mapping templates, and Excel-based data models.

• Experience in managing and supporting third-party AppExchange applications.

• Background in working with complex Salesforce environments and enterprise-level projects.

• Proficient conversational English and Spanish are essential (will be assessed).

• If a foreign national residing in Mexico, must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Must reside in Mexico.

• Must hold a valid visa to work in Mexico.
