This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the US in the areas of power generation, grid infrastructure, and utilities.
• Identify and cultivate strategic enterprise opportunities through direct outreach, industry connections, partnerships, and customer networks.
• Take ownership of intricate sales cycles from initial discovery and business case formulation to technical assessment, negotiation, and closure.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders across plant operations, engineering, reliability, procurement, and executive levels.
• Convert autonomous inspection data into actionable outcomes related to safety, reliability, productivity, and operational risk.
• Expand successful initial deployments into broader multi-site and enterprise-level agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams while ensuring effective account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Act as the representative for ANYbotics in the marketplace, bringing insights regarding customers, competitors, and industry trends back to the organization.
• Advance autonomous inspection solutions from initial deployments to widespread adoption across the US power and utilities sector.
• Comprehend the needs of industrial customers, develop operational and financial justifications for autonomous inspection, and navigate complex sales processes through to closure.
• Work in partnership with Solution Architects, Business Value Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Sales for Power & Utilities.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales or business development within power generation, electric utilities, grid infrastructure, or a closely related industrial sector.
• Recent experience in selling complex software, hardware, or integrated technology solutions, preferably involving automation, robotics, asset reliability, industrial AI, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to create new business opportunities, navigate complex customer organizations, and close significant multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong commercial acumen to align technical capabilities with tangible outcomes related to safety, reliability, productivity, and financial benefits.
• Credibility with both technical users and senior decision-makers, with experience in scaling initial projects into larger strategic accounts.
• Independent and disciplined work style, capable of managing a US market while closely collaborating with international technical and commercial teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States.
• Established relationships with relevant US power and utility operators.
• Experience in selling robotics, autonomous systems, substation monitoring, industrial inspection, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance solutions.
• Technical or engineering background, or experience in selling integrated hardware, software, and recurring services.
