This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Mentor, train, and enhance the skills of Front Desk personnel while overseeing daily operations.
• Create and execute consultative communication playbooks, value-oriented scripts, and pre-qualification scorecards.
• Perform call monitoring, engage in side-by-side coaching, and facilitate role-playing sessions.
• Educate staff on identifying clinical indicators and aligning patients with suitable clinical specialists.
• Design, implement, and monitor ethical, milestone-based incentives for the Front Desk team.
• Review and categorize historical unconverted patient records based on drop-off points.
• Direct strategic outbound warm-call initiatives aimed at near-conversion prospects and patients who have lapsed.
• Address objections concerning cost, timing, and clinical issues using empathy-driven, value-focused sales approaches.
• Develop outbound calling protocols, phone/SMS/email sequences, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director regarding medical offerings, patient eligibility, and care guidelines.
• Supply Marketing with insights on lead quality and intake profiles.
• Review and optimize the patient pipeline from the initial contact through clinical intake.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly funnel metrics, including reactivation, lead-to-call, call-to-consultation, and consultation-to-intake ratios.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and compliance with HIPAA and health data privacy regulations.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within high-growth healthcare, medical, wellness, or consultative environments.
• Proven track record of simultaneously coaching, developing, and training front-line customer service, administrative, or Front Desk teams into high-performing, revenue-generating units.
• Established proficiency in phone-intensive outbound sales, database reactivation campaigns, and managing complex patient/client objections.
• Advanced familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• High emotional intelligence, outstanding active listening abilities, and the capacity to convey deep empathy while maintaining sales momentum.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.), including a 1-hour lunch break.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and strict adherence to health data privacy compliance.
