This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Develop, design, and implement technical training programs for F5βs Solutions Engineering and Channel teams around the globe.
β’ Utilize knowledge of F5 solutions to promote global enablement initiatives, enhance pipeline growth, and increase sales revenue.
β’ Employ AI platforms and cutting-edge technologies to assess training requirements and expedite the creation and delivery of learning materials.
β’ Collaborate with leadership from Field Enablement, Technical Sales, and Product Management to identify skill gaps and introduce emerging technical topics and frameworks.
β’ Create, develop, and sustain technical course materials, practical lab guides, architectural presentations, online training, demonstration guides, and role-playing scenarios.
β’ Provide technical training in both virtual and in-person settings using active-learning techniques.
β’ Mentor and assess learners via curriculum evaluations of technical presentations, whiteboarding, and live product demonstrations.
β’ Enhance program metrics and report on field readiness impact, business results, and success of enablement initiatives.
β’ Work collaboratively on assigned projects and manage logistics coordination.
β’ Adhere to F5βs Business Code of Ethics and report any policy violations.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Technical Sales Enablement.
β’ Be prepared to travel up to 20% and work across various time zones as necessary.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in technical sales enablement, instructional design, or related technical training roles.
β’ More than 8 years of hands-on experience with virtual environments, public cloud platforms, and modern application architectures for building training labs or showcasing technical solutions.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
β’ A BA/BS degree, ideally in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of security services, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, networking concepts, WAF, public cloud platforms, application programming, automation tools, and scripting languages.
β’ Capability to swiftly grasp and comprehend technical concepts and new technologies.
β’ Proven experience leading comprehensive instructional design methodologies across web-based, instructor-led, and asynchronous formats.
β’ Proficient in developing role-based learning paths, launch-readiness initiatives, and sales assets.
β’ Skilled in presenting, instructing, and assessing students on technical and sales competencies.
β’ Experience in facilitating engaging, cohort-based learning and simulated customer role-plays.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to define success metrics and utilize data to evaluate enablement effectiveness.
β’ Experience with modern learning technologies, enablement platforms, and AI tools.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
