This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of sales enablement strategies that align with enterprise sales priorities, go-to-market initiatives, and seller requirements.
• Enhance seller readiness, adoption, and continuous optimization of Sales Enablement programs, with a specific focus on Coast governance and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and subject matter experts to pinpoint readiness gaps, outline business requirements, and synchronize priorities.
• Establish and uphold Coast governance processes, standards, roles, and decision-making pathways.
• Convert seller workflows, feedback, and business needs into enablement use cases, process enhancements, and program strategies.
• Develop and oversee seller-centric content, playbooks, messaging, learning experiences, and reinforcement initiatives.
• Create scalable onboarding, training, certification, and change adoption programs.
• Assist with Coast pilot programs and phased launches, encompassing audience definition, readiness coordination, communications, training, support strategies, feedback collection, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Establish success metrics and report on program performance, adoption trends, business impact, recommendations, and decisions to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implement feedback channels and operating rhythms that guide enablement priorities, program enhancements, and Coast adoption strategies.
• Lead executive briefings, workshops, live and virtual training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on sales enablement, seller experience, and governance; mentor team members while creating repeatable standards and best practices.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, content operations, or a similar commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional enablement programs that integrate strategy, content, learning, communications, change management, and adoption.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales processes, go-to-market strategies, opportunity progression, customer engagement workflows, and factors driving seller productivity.
• Proven ability to translate complex programs and capabilities into actionable guidance, training, and support for sales teams.
• Experience in establishing or managing governance frameworks, readiness criteria, standards, documentation, decision rights, and feedback mechanisms.
• Capability to translate business needs and seller feedback into enablement requirements, use cases, workflows, and scalable operational enhancements.
• Proficiency in developing playbooks, training materials, communications, onboarding resources, certification, reinforcement, and launch-readiness tools for sales audiences.
• Strong program and stakeholder management abilities, including overseeing pilots, phased rollouts, adoption initiatives, and intricate cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in interpreting usage, engagement, readiness, productivity, and qualitative feedback data.
• Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of sales enablement principles, adult learning theories, content strategy, seller communications, and reinforcement practices.
• Strong aptitude for learning and applying sales enablement programs, seller workflows, governance standards, and adoption practices, including those related to Coast.
• Familiarity with governance, process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
• Capacity to define significant program adoption and performance metrics, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive presence, customer service orientation, and communication expertise.
• Proven facilitation, consulting, influence, project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and shift seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Experience with Coast or similar seller-facing programs is preferred.
