This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the AMER operational calendar, encompassing weekly forecast meetings, pipeline assessments, performance evaluations, quarterly business reviews, and leadership discussions.
• Act as the primary contact for AMER sales leadership regarding operational matters.
• Develop agendas and guide analysis for operational forums, translating results into actionable items.
• Manage the entire AMER forecasting process, including cadence, roll-up logic, snapshot discipline, and accuracy of forecasts.
• Establish criteria for commitments, define stages, and ensure pipeline integrity; identify forecast discrepancies and address ongoing issues.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile sales and financial forecasts, provide variance explanations, and craft forecast narratives.
• Spearhead the AMER Annual Operating Plan process, which includes segmentation, territory design, account allocation, quota establishment, and modeling of coverage and capacity.
• Influence the go-to-market structure and headcount scenarios, as well as the design of the Sales Compensation plan.
• Manage in-year territory adjustments, coverage issues, and organizational changes.
• Set priorities for Sales Operations professionals supporting the AMER region.
• Uphold standards for analytical rigor, data integrity, and the quality of recommendations.
• Mentor operations professionals and represent AMER in global Sales Operations discussions.
• Identify challenges related to processes, tools, and data; lead the adoption of AI and automation; retire ineffective processes, and collaborate with Corporate IT and global Sales Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy within a technology firm, preferably SaaS, or in strategy or technology consulting.
• Proven experience managing a regional or global sales forecasting process, including improving forecast accuracy.
• Direct responsibility for an annual sales planning cycle, encompassing segmentation, territory design, quota determination, and capacity modeling.
• Capability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous challenges, conduct quantitative analysis, pinpoint data issues, and substantiate recommendations.
• Established credibility with senior sales leaders and exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and the associated commercial technology ecosystem.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, and work across various time zones.
• Based on the East Coast or willing to operate during Eastern hours.
