Senior Rx Marketplace Program Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in all contracting activities from negotiation to execution.

• Ensure contracts are correctly signed, stored, and managed throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Help formulate contract terms that facilitate program success and safeguard the organization.

• Ensure compliance and reduce risks associated with contracting initiatives.

• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to ensure optimal contract terms and effective lifecycle management.

• Stay informed about GoodRx RxMarketplace product offerings and industry developments.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions, office events, staff meetings, and client discussions.

• Conduct research and support program development for both existing clients and potential new clients.

• Prepare, document, and monitor business contracts on behalf of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required with over 8 years of relevant professional experience OR a Master’s degree with over 6 years of relevant professional experience.

• More than 8 years of experience in the pharmacy sector, particularly in contract implementation and/or contracting.

• Profound understanding of essential pharmacy, health plan, and employer contracting terms.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, revenue models, and general industry terminology.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to gain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings.

• Highly self-driven and capable of working in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, and collaboration tools.

• Responsible for reviewing and adhering to Company safety and security policies and procedures.
