Senior RevOps Data & AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and manage ELT/ETL data pipelines and models within the Google ecosystem utilizing BigQuery, Google Cloud, Airflow, and dbt.

• Ensure the integrity, governance, and documentation of data utilized by Gainsight, BI, and Customer Success and Support systems.

• Prepare the data layer for executive BI dashboards in collaboration with BI and Business Analysts.

• Design and execute AI solutions for operational needs, including LLM automations, agents, copilots, and enhanced analytics.

• Establish version control, deployment, observability, security, and cost management for automation and AI products.

• Automate processes and facilitate integrations between systems via APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.

• Assist with system migrations and the introduction of new products through data mapping and validation.

• Convert Customer Success and Support requirements into technical solutions, prioritizing them with leadership and ensuring visibility into progress.

• Disseminate knowledge through documentation, best practices, and responsible AI usage.

• Act as the technology, data, and AI expert on the Retention squad within RevOps/Data Solutions/GTM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer, showcasing independence.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment.

• Practical expertise in BigQuery and Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Airflow and/or dbt for data orchestration and transformation.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs/generative AI in automations or products, including APIs and prompt engineering.

• Proficient in Git and sound engineering practices, encompassing version control, documentation, and testing.

• Proficient in technical English for reading and documentation purposes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Capability to manage problems from start to finish while balancing thorough solutions with swift delivery.

• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with a strong practice of documenting insights.
