Full Stack AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Full Stack applications for a proprietary product aimed at enterprise projects.

• Design and create REST APIs.

• Integrate relational and NoSQL databases.

• Build and integrate frontend user interfaces.

• Work on the backend, including servers, application logic, APIs, and databases.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily for development, refactoring, testing, debugging, code review, documentation, and analysis of existing codebases.

• Provide appropriate context and prompts to AI tools.

• Critically assess generated outputs and maintain full responsibility for the produced code.

• Collaborate in consulting and delivery environments for enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience on end-to-end Full Stack projects.

• Experience gained in consulting, software houses, or delivery for external clients.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following stacks: Java + Angular / React; .NET + React; Node.js + Vue.js; Python + modern frameworks.

• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Good understanding of Git.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in technical English.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents.

• Application of AI in development, refactoring, testing, debugging, code review, documentation, and analysis of existing codebases.

• Ability to critically evaluate outputs generated by AI.

• Ability to provide effective prompts, context, and instructions to the tools used.

• Structured and mindful approach to integrating AI into daily development workflows.

• Technological curiosity, continuous learning ability, autonomy, proactivity, strong delivery orientation, problem-solving skills, team collaboration, quick adaptability to new tools and methodologies, and a good professional standing.
