Tech Lead AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Extensive experience in software engineering

• Prior experience as a technical advisor or in leading engineering teams

• Strong practical knowledge of Python and Django/Django REST Framework

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI solutions

• Familiarity with LangChain and integrating LLMs into applications

• Practical experience with Celery and Redis for asynchronous processing and distributed tasks

• Experience working with PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of React and/or Next.js

• Proficient with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

• Experience with Bicep or Infrastructure as Code in Azure environments

• Strong grasp of software architecture

• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Capability to engage hands-on while guiding the technical direction of the team

• Advanced English communication abilities

• Experience designing architectures for LLM-powered applications (preferred)

• Understanding of Generative AI application patterns and best practices (preferred)

• Experience integrating various Azure services (preferred)

• Knowledge of observability, security, and best practices for AI applications in production (preferred)

• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems (preferred)

• Previous experience mentoring and developing software engineering professionals (preferred)
