Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop agents that execute essential business functions and handle real tasks

• Utilize the organization's agents platform, orchestration tools, and advanced models

• Ensure agents are dependable, quantifiable, and secure enough for business reliance

• Collaborate in Marketing Engineering and be strategically assigned to growth pods

• Recognize significant challenges and manage solutions from inception to completion

• Create applied AI systems that extend beyond the demonstration phase

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python

• Proficiency in SQL

• Familiarity with LLM APIs and agent orchestration

• Proven track record of delivering production systems that others depend on, beginning from an ambiguous issue

• Experience in developing with LLMs beyond a demo context

• Capability to assess LLMs and identify their limitations

• Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of constructed systems

• Experience with GTM data or marketing systems is advantageous
