Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist company leadership by providing operational dashboards and executive summaries to ensure immediate and precise comprehension of current trends.

• Aid the sales organization management and representatives with up-to-date reports for performance management at the representative level.

• Develop and sustain intricate Excel and SQL models to support ongoing business operations.

• Oversee the sales representative compensation model, execute compensation plans, manage the monthly cycle, and address exceptions.

• Collaborate with IT to create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Design dashboards and visualizations while identifying and communicating trends or alerts.

• Organize and rationalize datasets for continuous use.

• Generate ad hoc datasets and provide succinct insights/actions to address operational inquiries.

• Partner with Finance to estimate, allocate, and revise forecasts and targets.

• Engage with company leadership to clarify specific inquiries and track essential operating metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and maintaining quantitative models.

• At least 5 years of experience in designing KPIs and effectively communicating performance both upward and downward within the organization.

• Proficient in SQL coding for data preparation and analysis.

• Experience with AI integration in analytic workflows, such as code generation and data visualization.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, including navigation and report creation.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).

• Mastery of Excel.

• Proficient in PowerPoint.
