This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Inventory Management lead for designated Retrieval Groups, collaborating with Operations, Client Success, Provider, Product, and Technology to oversee inventory health, project timelines, retrieval yield, and Business Control Metrics.
• Conduct operational performance assessments by identifying inventory risks, performing root cause analyses, crafting recovery plans, and implementing corrective actions until resolved.
• Offer operational direction to Regional Operations Analysts by coordinating daily tasks, assigning work, managing tickets, and ensuring uniform execution.
• Generate and relay operational insights through reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to aid leadership in decision-making, inventory prioritization, and ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance, which includes inventory assessments, escalation management, action item tracking, and collaboration with Client Success.
• Propel continuous improvement efforts through playbooks, Business Control Metrics, operational triggers, reporting enhancements, and the Inventory Management Framework.
• Lead or assist with strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate and present information effectively at all employee levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Comfortable leading discussions across functions and influencing others without direct authority.
• Ability to prioritize competing operational demands while maintaining a proactive stance on inventory management.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders and presenting information clearly and convincingly.
• Capable of driving accountability by following through on issues until resolution and fostering organizational change.
• Ability to work collaboratively and mentor team members while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
