This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a varied portfolio of renewal accounts, encompassing both medium and large-scale contracts, to ensure timely and precise renewals.

• Formulate and implement customized renewal strategies aimed at enhancing customer retention and uncovering expansion opportunities.

• Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to develop account strategies and assess customer health.

• Generate, present, and manage complex renewal quotes that are in line with customer requirements and usage data.

• Perform accurate renewal forecasting and provide management with regular updates regarding progress and potential risks.

• Lead renewal negotiations, addressing customer objections, conducting pricing discussions, and making necessary contract adjustments.

• Act as a subject matter expert on quoting tools and best practices for CRM systems.

• Promote data integrity and enhance operational efficiency.

• Work in conjunction with Product and Marketing teams to relay product updates and enhancements that impact renewals.

• Monitor and report on key renewal performance metrics to identify trends and guide process improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewal management roles.

• Proven capability to manage and develop customer relationships, particularly with high-value accounts.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze usage data, recognize trends, and implement insights into renewal strategies.

• Proven track record in process enhancement.

• Advanced proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari.

• Willingness to travel a few times each year.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
