Senior Relationship & Marriage Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct impactful one-on-one and group coaching sessions that emphasize marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust restoration, and personal accountability.

• Assist clients in navigating emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and established frameworks.

• Support clients in transitioning from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and sustained behavioral change.

• Monitor client progress through emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, patterns of resistance, and moments of breakthrough.

• Actively intervene when clients face challenges with consistency, emotional setbacks, or indecision.

• Provide insights to enhance coaching frameworks and improve client outcomes continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflicts, emotional disconnection, trust issues, separation, or reconciliation.

• Ability to work with clients in high emotional distress, balancing empathy with assertiveness, addressing avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority during challenging discussions.

• Excellent verbal communication skills; capable of articulating complex emotional dynamics in a grounded and practical manner.

• Confident in facilitating group discussions on sensitive subjects.

• Well-organized, dependable, and comfortable operating within a structured program.

• Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is essential.

• Relevant certifications or qualifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW are highly desirable.
