• Oversee intricate regulatory initiatives that foster innovation in animal health.

• Deliver operational guidance and project management expertise across U.S. regulatory initiatives.

• Organize U.S. regulatory project efforts across various client programs.

• Assist in project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource management.

• Track project advancement, pinpoint risks, and promote prompt resolution of issues.

• Manage training, onboarding, access requests, and readiness activities for operations.

• Enhance communication between U.S. and international regulatory teams.

• Aid in labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management tasks.

• Keep project trackers, action lists, meeting notes, and status updates organized.

• Discover opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and project delivery.

• Assist with business development and proposal efforts as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects.

• Background in Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities across several client initiatives.

• Keen attention to detail and adeptness at advancing complex projects effectively.
