This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership and lead the regional marketing strategy and its execution for the United States.
• Generate leads and establish a qualified pipeline through integrated demand generation and event initiatives.
• Spearhead regional demand generation and event programs aimed at capturing, developing, and converting leads.
• Report on the contribution of programs to the pipeline and revenue.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of leads generated through regional programs and events.
• Create a nurture strategy, enhance sales engagement, and optimize conversions in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to adapt and implement global events and program actions in the US.
• Provide regional insights and guidance on brand development and positioning projects.
• Plan, budget, monitor, and report on programs and events in the US.
• Utilize data to suggest optimizations and demonstrate return on investment.
• Incorporate US perspectives into global thought leadership, messaging, and communication initiatives.
• Support deal-based and account-based marketing efforts, including executive experiences and ABM events.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Units, Alliance Partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Align on objectives, target accounts, and the execution of events and programs.
• Manage and mentor team members as well as external event and agency partners.
• Deliver high-quality programs punctually and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience.
• Proven expertise in field marketing, event execution, and/or demand generation within a B2B context.
• Experience in technology or services is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of developing and executing programs and events that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in managing and developing personnel and/or leading cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and Sales leadership.
• Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to drive alignment and decision-making across different functions and regions.
• Highly organized with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple programs and events in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into event strategies and integrated marketing plans.
• Hands-on approach to execution.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.com.
• Comfortable working with data to guide decision-making.
• Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and best practices for integrated programs.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and partners.
• Exceptional command of the English language.
• Ability to adjust tone and style for various audiences and formats.
• Proficiency in creating persuasive content using established communication and storytelling methods.
• Creative mindset for developing content and experiences centered around technology, innovation, and business results.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
