Senior Recruiter – Healthcare Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake discussions with hiring managers to establish role specifications.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job criteria and present a robust slate of candidates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on their application progress.

• Work with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation frameworks.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for clients and ensure proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency context.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of niche sectors or industries.

• Capability to lead intake meetings with hiring managers.

• Skill in developing and managing recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Proficiency in evaluating candidate profiles and constructing talent pipelines.

• Ability to collaborate with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

• Capacity to mentor Recruiters and other team members.
