Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and Leadership positions.

• Strategically source candidates and maintain a pipeline of passive talent.

• Conduct interviews while managing intricate offer negotiations and closures.

• Provide guidance to Revenue leadership on hiring strategies and market trends.

• Organize weekly hiring meetings.

• Lead the recalibration of talent assessments.

• Ensure a remarkable and transparent candidate experience.

• Utilize Greenhouse and interview intelligence tools like BrightHire to monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and enhance hiring speed.

• Lead or engage in initiatives related to employer branding, DEI sourcing, and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for high-volume sales positions and complex GTM/Corporate functions.

• Advanced skills with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Proactive “headhunter” mentality for engaging passive talent.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and business executives.

• Ability to leverage data to identify hiring trends and address recruiting challenges.

• Proactive problem-solving approach and capacity to navigate startup uncertainty.

• Self-driven and efficient at working independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.

• Knowledge of BrightHire or similar interview intelligence platforms is a plus.

• Willingness to work across all US time zones is preferred.
