International Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated job openings in partnership with Atlean World

• Identify candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking

• Perform pre-screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit

• Present selected candidates to the internal recruitment team at Atlean World

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey

• Develop and manage a candidate network across global markets

• Discover new sourcing avenues, markets, and recruitment techniques

• Monitor performance and strive towards personal and financial targets

• Cultivate a professional reputation through consistent achievements and high-quality recruitment

• Operate independently while collaborating with Atlean World

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO sector

• Familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
