This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all recruitment and hiring activities for Advantage Behavioral Health Services, which includes Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy in collaboration with the Senior Recruiter.
• Work alongside hiring managers to identify and meet part-time, full-time, independent contractor, and intern staffing requirements.
• Gain a thorough understanding of job specifications and requirements through discussions with hiring managers.
• Achieve monthly hiring objectives.
• Coordinate with HR to facilitate the seamless transition from recruitment to hiring and onboarding processes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions and organizations.
• Organize both on-site and external hiring events.
• Engage in discussions and negotiate job offers with candidates across various levels.
• Utilize internal recruiting software effectively.
• Maximize social media platforms for enhanced marketing outreach.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the recruitment experience.
• Stay informed about evolving employment laws and competency requirements.
• Suggest policies and practices, oversee job offers and compensation strategies, and highlight employee benefits and perks.
• Provide coverage for other staff and take on additional departmental duties as necessary.
• Take part in educational training, orientations, and compliance initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in managing full life-cycle recruitment, including handling multiple high-demand positions concurrently.
• Proficient interviewing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong computer proficiency that meets the requirements of Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and project management.
• Ability to read, write, and spell in English accurately and without significant errors.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and various tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage interruptions effectively.
• Capability to operate independently with adaptability.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
