Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle from resume evaluation to hiring.

• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and develop automation processes for pipeline management.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance candidate outreach, improve screening efficiency, and streamline recruiting operations.

• Oversee multiple open positions while ensuring that pipelines remain organized and active.

• Conduct initial screening calls and act as the main point of contact for candidates.

• Collaborate with US hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidates, and provide updates on pipelines.

• Manage scheduling, interview arrangements, and administration of the hiring process.

• Monitor and report on pipeline metrics such as volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

• Keep accurate candidate records in the Workable ATS.

• Develop and refine recruiting automation and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level positions.

• Experience with AI tools in a recruiting setting (sourcing, outreach, screening, and workflow automation).

• Self-driven and proactive; you pursue candidates rather than waiting for them to come to you.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without losing focus.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in G-Suite applications.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Experience in recruiting for engineering roles.

• Familiarity with Workable ATS.

• Knowledge of Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.

• Experience in building recruiting automations and process enhancements within an ATS.

• Background in working remotely with US-based teams across various time zones.

• Must have considerable overlap with US business hours.
