Senior Readiness Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing executive presentations and crafting compelling narratives for Agentforce & Data 360 Customer Success across MBRs, Pulse, leadership reviews, customer discussions, events, and other high-stakes occasions.

• Convert customer insights, technical concepts, business outcomes, data, and strategies into coherent stories.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp audience needs, messaging, and intended results.

• Manage the entire content preparation process from collecting inputs and shaping storylines to design, refinement, and final presentation.

• Establish a unified visual and storytelling framework throughout the organization.

• Develop scalable templates and structures for ongoing communications.

• Highlight customer success and its impact on overall outcomes.

• Work alongside Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and other departments.

• Assist in internal branding, major launches, events, and special projects.

• Investigate innovative and AI-driven methods using Agentforce, Slack AI, and other internal resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, communications design, or a related field.

• A portfolio that showcases outstanding visual storytelling and high-level presentation design skills.

• Capacity to simplify complex or technical subjects into engaging narratives suitable for senior audiences.

• Proven experience in producing high-profile presentations for executives, clients, or other senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Solid understanding of information hierarchy, layout, typography, data visualization, and branding systems.

• Ability to collaborate directly with senior leaders and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Strong business acumen.

• Highly collaborative and detail-focused.

• Comfortable managing projects from start to finish.
