Senior React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain scalable web applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components in React.

• Define and contribute to the architecture of the frontend and make decisions on component design.

• Transform business and technical requirements into efficient frontend solutions.

• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces in accordance with modern frontend best practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Implement unit, integration, and/or end-to-end testing for frontend applications.

• Identify and resolve issues related to performance, usability, and technical aspects.

• Collaborate with backend developers, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and other technical stakeholders.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of coding standards and best practices in development.

• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

• Employ Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, and CI/CD.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and standards for frontend development.

• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Participate in the hiring process, including conducting interviews, technical assessments or test tasks, and making final decisions as applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development, particularly focusing on frontend technologies.

• Extensive practical experience with React in production settings.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/ES6+.

• Proven experience in designing and constructing reusable and scalable React components.

• Strong grasp of frontend architecture and design patterns.

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience in implementing automated testing, including unit and/or integration tests.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and contemporary software delivery methodologies.

• Direct experience with Azure DevOps, covering source control and CI/CD.

• Proficient in working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

• Strong understanding of Git and modern development workflows.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional engineering team.

• Nice to have: Experience in integrating React components with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Nice to have: Experience in integrating React applications or components with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

• Nice to have: Experience working with Dataverse.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service.

• Nice to have: Experience with Azure services.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of modern state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
