Senior Full Stack Engineer – Web, iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement features across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences.

• Create secure, scalable, multi-tenant backend services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

• Create and maintain REST APIs that support web and mobile applications.

• Extend Python services to facilitate delivery automation and AI-driven workflows.

• Design and enhance APIs using OpenAPI specifications and generated client integrations.

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications utilizing Swift and modern iOS frameworks.

• Create mobile experiences that integrate with AutoRABIT's backend services.

• Integrate iOS applications with REST APIs, authentication services, and enterprise systems.

• Implement secure mobile authentication, session management, and data handling protocols.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mobile performance, compatibility, and reliability.

• Engage in mobile testing, debugging, deployment, and App Store release processes.

• Contribute to AI-driven automation and assess AI-generated code.

• Build integrations with Salesforce, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Slack, and other enterprise platforms.

• Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and credential management practices.

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based builds, and AWS deployments.

• Troubleshoot production issues across backend, web, and mobile applications.

• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Adhere to established security, compliance, and software development standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience in building and shipping production applications.

• Proven professional experience in developing and releasing native iOS mobile applications.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, and the iOS development lifecycle.

• Experience in integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services.

• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and modern enterprise development practices.

• Proficient in Angular and TypeScript for building contemporary web applications.

• Working knowledge of Python, including maintaining and extending existing Python services.

• Familiarity with Python testing and API frameworks such as pytest, FastAPI, and Pydantic.

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, including database design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.

• Experience in designing and integrating REST APIs using OpenAPI specifications.

• Knowledge of secure application development, authentication, authorization, and data protection methods.

• Experience with automated testing across backend, web, and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with Docker, AWS cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development processes.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in regular software development.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the US.
