Senior React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• We are in search of a Senior React Developer who will be tasked with developing, deploying, and maintaining front-end web features for our product.

• Key responsibilities include participating in team standups, taking ownership of product features, converting discussions into UI enhancements, and collaborating with diverse teams such as frontend, backend, iOS, and QA.

• This role necessitates a strong capacity for independent coding judgment and a solid understanding of architecture within the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

• - Attend team standups three times a week and align on weekly priorities.

• - Take ownership of designated product and feature tasks with minimal oversight.

• - Build, deploy, and maintain front-end web features for Robin’s product.

• - Manage feature execution from start to finish, including tasks such as Chrome extension development and other standard web product responsibilities.

• - Convert product discussions into deployed UI enhancements and functional features.

• - Collaborate closely with the existing team across frontend, backend, iOS, and QA to advance projects.

• - Resolve bugs identified through QA and assist in maintaining product quality.

• - Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, while still relying on strong independent coding judgment and architectural insight.

• Good to have:

• - Strong front-end web development background.

• - Over 5 years of coding experience prior to 2022 / before ChatGPT.

• - Proficient in coding, not just prompting AI tools.

• - Possess a founder/owner mentality; not a traditional clock-in/clock-out attitude.

• - Senior level expertise to ensure a smooth start with minimal training.

• - Experience with animations.

• - Flexibility regarding time zones while ensuring collaboration overlap.

• - Proficiency in React.

• Industry/Tools Experience:

• - React.
