Senior RAS Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, therapies, procedures, and initiatives beyond the product.

• Assist new hires participating in the training program.

• Act as an education and content specialist within project or launch teams.

• Collaborate with leaders in MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and Sales to enhance and deliver training programs.

• Design and conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions for external audiences.

• Deliver technical product and procedure instruction in classroom, lab, or web-based formats.

• Conduct competency-based skills assessments for trainees.

• Offer subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, procedures, and additional initiatives.

• Track market trends and competitor activities in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Market Intelligence teams.

• Cultivate expertise in RAS System Technology, RAS System applications, advanced technology, OR Efficiency, Training Pathway processes, and training/coaching methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Experience with medical devices related to Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, capital equipment, or similar technologies.

• Clinical and/or operating room experience.

• Demonstrated experience in training, including responsibilities for technical training.

• Familiarity with learning and education technology, including programming systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and high capacity for complex challenges.

• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and assessing technical education and training focused on products and procedures through blended learning solutions.

• Professional work ethic.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
